30 Day Policy

Our return policy is 30 Days, this means you have up to 30 Days after receiving your purchase to initiate a return. Our return policy does not cover shipping costs, this will be at the discretion of you, the customer. 

Restocking

Additionally, a restocking fee will apply to all returns. This will range from 5% - 15%, depending on the condition of the item when it was returned. Please see the chart below for more details.

To be eligible for a 0% restocking fee upon return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start the return process, please contact us at info@6sigmasimracing.com. If your return is accepted, you will have the responsibility to properly prepare the items for shipment and hand them off to your carrier for shipping to our return warehouse. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Issues/Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon receival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the situation and make it right immediately.


Exceptions / Custom Items
Custom items (special orders or personalized items) can not be returned or refunded unfortunately. Please reach out to us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We do not accept returns on gift cards.


Exchanges
Please reach out to us if you would like to exchange an item. The quickest way to get the exchange item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, we will work with you to facilitate the purchase of the new item. You will be required to pay the difference where necessary, or you will be issued a refund if applicable.


Refunds
You will be notified once we’ve received and inspected your return. We will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
